I've seen how fitness has left a long-lasting positive impact on my physical and mental wellness! Through improving upon my diet and being consistent with workouts, I have been able to better manage my own Body Dysmorphia, which I've struggled with all my life. My goal is now to provide others with those same tools necessary to create long-lasting, impactful change in their lives. I am NASM-certified and also was a former professional athlete, so I know how to achieve results!

I decided to partake in online personal training because I want to positively impact as many individuals as I can across the world. Online coaching shines in its ability to meet individuals at their comfort level. I've had many clients voice how they struggle with gym-induced anxiety, due to their fear of performing movements in the gym and having others potentially judge them. Therefore, I create entire at-home programs for those clients! I believe almost any obstacle can be overcome!
